Privacy Policy

This app does not require an account or sign-in for its core features. Most Timely data stays on your device and, when iCloud sync is enabled for the app, in your personal iCloud account.

Timely Plus is an optional feature that uses a server to provide some Live Activity features. Read the Timely Plus section below for more details.

The app stores the events you create, such as event titles, dates and times, emoji, and any addresses you choose to save for an event. This information is stored using Apple iCloud (CloudKit) so it can sync across your devices signed into the same Apple ID.

The app may ask for permission to access your location. If you allow it, your location is used only on your device at the time you create an event to calculate travel directions and travel time.

Timely does not store your current location or upload your current location to iCloud.

The app offers In-App Purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple using StoreKit. Timely does not collect or store your payment information.

Timely Plus adds server-assisted features for Live Activities, such as remotely starting, updating, waking, and clearing Live Activities on eligible devices. To make those features work, Timely may use limited backend information such as your Timely installation identifier, device capability details, push tokens, purchase entitlement status, and the countdown details needed to route and schedule the Live Activity.

Timely Plus uses this information only to provide and maintain those paid features, verify eligibility, route activity updates, prevent duplicate work, and diagnose reliability issues. Timely does not sell this information, use it for third-party advertising, or use it to track you across apps or websites.

Timely does not share your data with third parties for advertising. Data may be processed by Apple as part of iCloud syncing and In-App Purchases. If you use Timely Plus, limited data may also be processed by backend providers such as Google Firebase and Google Cloud so Timely Plus can operate.

You can delete events you create within the app. Deleting an event removes it from the app and from iCloud sync.

iCloud sync cannot be disabled within the app. You can manage iCloud access for the app in your device settings.

The app is not specifically directed at children, but it is suitable for all ages. Timely does not collect personal information from children or any user for advertising.
